Utopia Villa, Upper Peter Bay, is an extremely private tropical masterpiece! We just finished with a multi-million dollar renovation/redesign! This will be the largest property in all of Peter Bay that is available to rent. Positioned high above, you'll have breath-taking 180 degree views of the Caribbean from St Thomas to Tortola and the many cays and small islands in between. Guests have access to private Peter Bay Beach which is a few minutes drive or hillside walk down the private paved road.

The villa is unique in that it is situated on over 1 acre and is bordered by National Park to the east. To the west, a very long very private gated entrance.
