This property is in the ideal location, only minutes from Anchorage (going South) or the Matanuska-Susitna valley (going North)! Whatever direction you go, this home will be a perfect 'middle ground' located only 8 minutes outside of the charming little town of Eagle River, Alaska and 25 minutes from downtown Anchorage. Enjoy the 8-person hot tub right off the back deck and plenty of wildlife such as migratory birds, moose, and even bear that sometimes pass through the property grounds.
