3) 2nd basement bedroom with 2 bunk beds, one with a full size bed on the bottom bunk. There is a double vanity en suite bathroom (shower, no tub)

4) Upstairs bedroom with queen bed and a jack-and-jill bathroom (shower and tub)

5) Upstairs bedroom with 2 twin beds and the adjoining jack-and-jill bathroom

6) Upstairs bedroom with queen bed and a twin bed with a double vanity bathroom directly outside of it (shower and tub). Also has a private deck facing the street.

Other things to note:

- This house is located in the Bridger's Cache neighborhood, which is a private/gated community. There is an on-site property manager to assist with day-to-day issues.

- It is a 5 minute walk to the base lifts of Mary Jane (6 person Super Gauge lift being the main lift).

- You can also hop on the ski trail to the base of Winter Park from the entrance of the neighborhood (2 minute walk from the house).

- At the end of your day, it is possible to ski directly to the front door of the house from the Mary Jane base as long as the road is snowpacked. Otherwise, it's a short walk down the road.

- Sonos sound system with 3 zones.
