The vintage mini mansion is truly one of the best in class of beauty and preservation. The circa 1905 Victorian structure is a breathtaking gem, while the events barn is styled in modern glam with just a twist of rustic. Behind the barn sits a cocktail patio and forest backdrop ceremony site. It is this unique blend of old charm and modern beauty set on almost 4 acres of manicured grounds set within the magical forest that makes for a winning combination.

What size wedding do you host at Chateau Amelia?

Chateau Amelia is intentionally designed for small to mid-sized weddings, with the unique ability to host them as relaxed, full weekend experiences within one historic estate. Our maximum guest count is 100 for weddings and destination weddings, 40 for micro weddings and 30 for elopements. Since we have a variety of flex spaces, it allows us to scale to different head counts up to the max of 100. For wedding packages with on-site lodging, our historic house can accommodate up to 16 overnight guests.

Is parking available at Chateau Amelia?

Yes, there is parking available at Chateau Amelia to accommodate our maximum guest count and for vendors. No vehicles (other than those who may be overnight guests in the Chateau) can be left parked overnight.

When are payments due, do you offer payment plans, and what payment forms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

To book a date, a 20% deposit is due at booking, then flexible payment plans for the remainder. The most common is a monthly payment plan to help balance budget. You are welcome to send smaller partial payments of any amount prior to the specified due dates, in effect creating your own payment plan on your own schedule. Chateau Amelia accepts check, Cash App, Venmo or ACH transfer, Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Discover.

How do I reserve a date?

Accepted Answer

To reserve a date, email us at frontdesk@chateauamelia.com saying you are ready to book a date if it is still available. We suggest you email us stating you are ready to book your preferred date and then include a backup date in case your preferred date is unavailable. Prior to booking a date, we hope you are able to come out in person to visit the property. It is not a requirement to tour in person, however. Dates are reserved on a first requested basis. Whoever has requested to start the contract process by email first for a specific date will be first in line.
