The Lodge is 10,000 sq feet, has a huge kitchen with tons of storage, 2 great rooms (40'x60' & 33'x'34') for large groups gatherings and all the amenities of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment in a home. The only items you need to bring are plates, cups, eating utensils and FOOD! It has granite countertops, side by side refrigerator/freezer, 2nd huge commercial fridge, 2 ovens, 2 gas stoves and 2 microwaves, Commercial grade ice maker & 6' x 8' pantry shelving for storage of dry goods. We also have chairs and tables to accommodate 100+ people. The lodge sits approximately 1/4 mile from the paved road, 4 minutes from the freeway exit and is quiet, safe, and very private, as it sits in the middle of a private working ranch. Perfect for your kids to play without the dangers of traffic and people.

Each Master Suite has a private ensuite bath with smart TV's in each room. Free WiFi in the lodge, and also Smart Tv's in both Great Rooms. Independent sound system for each Great Room with a microphone available if needed.

The Lodge is also stocked with bed and bath linens, 2 Pack 'n Plays, Washer & Dryer, laundry supplies, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags. Additionally, each bathroom has shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

Air conditioning in the main lodge & in the mini-cabins!

The large south facing deck is perfect of reading, napping or catching up with family on life events.

**Both levels are wheelchair accessible. All rooms are wheelchair accessible and the Sportsman Suite has a wheelchair accessible shower (no lip on shower entry) and a shower chair is provided.

*4 Master Suite bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath (each room sleeping 4 or 5)

*1 Master Suite bunk room with an ensuite bath with 2 showers (sleeps 5)

*2nd bunk room with a 1/2 bath (sleeps 10)

*3 Mini cabins (sleeps 2 each on XL-Twin Beds)

*1 Mini cabin (sleeps 4 on 2 Double Beds)

*1 Mini cabin (sleeps 4 - 1 Double bed and 1 Queen Bed)

*1 Mini cabin (sleeps 4 on 2 Queen Beds)

Sleeps 51 in beds total - (33 in the main lodge and 18 in mini cabins)

Additional Sleeping for additional guests in the downstairs Great Room on floor or cots. Cots ARE NOT provided.

There is also plenty of open lawn space for tents.

***99+ guests can be accommodated, but beds are provided for only 51 Guests.

We have a huge lawn area, outside bowery, fire pit, pond, parking space for camp trailers, RV's and some of the most beautiful scenery in the West. The night skies are beautiful and perfect for searching for the different constellations.

Located on over 100 acres of ranch ground, you will love this little slice of Heaven. In a county without a single stop light, Peterson is perfectly nestled in the Wasatch Mountains. Close enough, yet far enough away.
